The Membership Cube

This isn’t your typical sink-or-swim service. As soon as you join the Cube, you will have all the support you will need, with our "C'ing life differently" firmly embedded in everything we do. You’ll share with me the three goals you want to accomplish with your investment and I’m going to help you get there, checking in with you along the way.

And remember the Cubic promise: If there’s anything you need more help on, we’ll jump into a break out room during peer supervision (if you are not in one of the top 2 cubes that offer 1on1) so that you get the results you expect from your investment. I don’t feel success until you do.

Is this an investment in yourself and your business? Of course.  Emotional intelligence, reflective practice, theory to practice, EI, etc, are skill sets that make you more money when you demonstrate at interview your growth, expanded skills sets, networks and knowledge of what is happening outside of your own  field. 

Doing supervision or consulting (Virtual Locum) online makes the collection of evidence super easy. Most of us need that evidence for our professional bodies or the funding body.

If you are working with a supervisor already then you probably don't need The Junk Wave for that.

However, we do so much more than the one on one supervision offered to the Competence and Confidence Cubes.

Maybe Compassion is more your thing: monthly book club and peer supervision.....or maybe even Community where you get ALL the online trainings with a new one added each month.

I’m excited you asked. Unlike most online training programs, the level of hands-on support and commitment you’ll be getting from Megan and the #exjunkhead membership is pretty much unprecedented and makes getting real results easier than ever.

No...although if you are entering either the elite Competence or the One on One Confidence cubes, it pays to have an idea of what you want so that we can set KPIs and measure success along the way.

Yes! No matter what kind of human or community service work you are in, the collective community is peer-power like no other. 

We have members from across the world, from different areas of practice and from senior managers to those testing the waters.

Megan Bayliss doesn't have expertise in everything, but she knows people who do: if you need information on a particular modality of practice, she will source it for you.

Megan Bayliss IS NOT a tax advisor so cannot give that advice, but, she can give Australian tax compliant tax invoices for your program compliance, BAS or EoFY requirements.

I get it! I was a practitioner, coordinator and manager in the human services for a loooooong time.

One on One supervisions are offered mostly during the day with one spot before standard work hours and one after.

YOU are in charge of your diary and you don't even have to call Megan to cancel, reschedule, change time, etc. YOU control when you have your on on one via Acuity, Megan's online booking system.

Peer supervision, book club and monthly Mocktail networking are offered after hours BECAUSE you are busy.

Similarly, the training is in an online format because you are time deficit and may have to collapse your learning to fit into busy schedules.

I get it. I've been there too.

Membership entry rolls all year. The only Cube with limitations is the elite Competence Cube.

I work with one organisation per quarter and you may have to book in advance for this one but enjoy the benefits of the other Cubes while you wait for your bespoke quarter.

After purchase I will email you a link to the Resource Library where you will create a username and password.

Once logged in you will have FULL access to the trainings and other offers that your chosen Cube provides you.

You can start working immediately.

Once you have your welcome call (Competence, Confidence and Compassion Cubes) with Megan Bayliss, all will become clear.

On average we recommend to get the most out of this program you set aside at least 4 hours per month (Competence and Confidence cubes - two hours for Compassion and Community). 

However, you have opportunities to attend to your learning and networking needs for as long as you want.

YOU are the only one who controls your diary.

If you plan an average of 4 hours per month that should give you plenty of time to get the most out of your Cubic experience!

The 4 suggested hours are: 1 hour for one on one supervision, 1 hour for peer supervision, 1 hour for book club and 1 hour for a training of your choice.

You can reschedule your appointment in my online diary. YOU have the control up to 12 hours prior. However, in our sectors there is a chance that you will be responding to a crisis or an unexpected appointment. You need to get a message to me so that I can move on with other work.

I accept two reschedules but after that you will lose your supervision spot for the month (without reimbursement).

Supervision is an important part of your work. If you do not make it a priority, nobody else will either.

Yes. I can place you into a breakout room.

Certainly there may be overlaps, for example, my professional body provides some online training and a list of supervisors across Australia.

This is an interactive community experience like no other! You can rub shoulders with some very experienced workers and form relationships with people you may otherwise never meet.

Book club, peer supervision and Mocktail hour may have human service workers, and experts, from overseas - imagine having the opportunity to discuss potential international service opportunities with them.

The truth is — I’d never want you to make a purchase you’re not confident about it. I help build confidence, not take it away.

Some folk dislike collective activities and networking. If that is you, you may prefer to seek one on one supervision with me WITHOUT the benefits of a membership.
